All printed images must be mounted using mount boards and presented as, landscape 50cm x 40cm, or portrait 40cm x 50cm. There should be a small label on the back, labelled as set out below, and there should be no other labels, text, tape or glue on the back of the mount.
There is no set size for your image, just make sure you leave a reasonable sized mount border around it.
Also think about where in the print you want to position your image.
On the reverse of the print in the top right hand corner please write on a SMALL white label or an area (approx 6cm x 2-3cm) in BLOCK CAPITALS the title of your print and your 3 digit membership number.
The majority of prints shown in the various competitions are either, White, Black or an Off White. There are no rules to what colour you use.
Give it some thought
Getting the title of your image is important. More so in images where a judge might not get or understand without a few good words.
